Default Pics of my 10-94 header and kteller exhaust

Ok guys nothing detailed but just figured id show ya some pics of my new setup.

98 integra, 10-94 compact header, 2.5" cat 2.5" piping and a magnaflow oval 2.5" muffler

overall it sounds awsome.... deep growly sound... power gains seem pretty good (no dyno yet) i know i had to raise my fuel pressure up about 8 psi or so. i weighed my car before and after there seems to be about a ~30-40 lb difference (had slightly different amounts of gas).

only negatives are the ground clearance. i had to raise my car up a bit so i wouldnt scrape. i had it tig welded but the welds dont look so pretty so please dont criticize them .

here are the after pics....

this is to show the clearance in the front

and from the side

Yet another dissappointment from 10-94. I swear, I haven't seen one header produced by them that was visually pleasing to me. I am sure it probably performs, but basing opinions on appearance of headers, 10-94 would not get my vote. Was this the same header that had the horrible welds and misshaped ports? Also, how come NONE of the 10-94 headers I have seen look anything like the one that they advertised on their website. Its supposed to be equal length coming off the head, and all 4 runners go side bye side under the oil pan for good ground clearance...the ones I have seen are the exact opposite.

I'm not sure how he could make a tig weld look like that unless he was using the wrong gas. He needs to talk with his welding supply shop and make sure he's using the right gas and rods for the material being welded.

Also, you guys did away with your flex joint, a weld joint(s) will fail sooner than later.

Im so suprise to hear you gain power with big tube step header on a LS motor... Even a ported LS head does not flow as well as a good v-tec head.... I wonder if you would of gain the same power with a shelf header...
