I have a 95 ls with kyb struts on the back with h&r race springs, so yall know that it is pretty low, and the other day i was on the interstate getting off on a turnpike and the shock is making a horrible noise. what do you think it is?

 

To see if its blown, look for oil leaking down. Visually inspect it.

 

Or push the corner and watch for excessive bounce.

Take it for a drive, and hit a nice dip in the road. it should
keep bouncing and feel as if your floating...

 

if you hit a bump... or push down on your car and it bounces excessively or doesnt damper the force of pushing, its probably blown

 

i have the shocks on my car for about a year witht he springs, but the springs set lower than they were supposed to, like 2.2 inch drop. And the back left shock just doesnt feel right anymore, ill check it after school, thanks for the info yall

 

you'll hear some squeaky noise and your car have a major camber issues!!

 

you'll know your struts are blown if you didn't buy koni yellows... j/k

..or maybe i'm serious

 

the camber looks fine, it just makes a squeaky noise and when i turn to the right the shock doesnt want to stay stiff.
