Edik had both days for H4 but we lost an axil in the race saturday. Put the spare one back in, and had some problems with that, but he made it last and took 1st on sunday.

IT was the BEST and the worst 3 days I had. Story will follow tonight when I get home. I have so much to write. At least I got the monkey off my back and finished a race this year.

But the race went very well NO complaints there. NASA did a very good job working with so many crazy drivers. 70+ cars for our run group. It was a intresting race.

GOOD JOB to my friend VARO he did very well Collecting the win for both days for H1.

I had a good time on my first visit to CS, but unfortunately had to leave early on Sun.
I would love to have a full field of HC cars in AZ if some of you could make the trip over to PIR in the future. The full biult H1 cars with the top drivers were flat smokin!

i was there racing in hpde 1 and got to watch for the the first time the honda challenge guys in full effect. you guys were flying around that track. very cool to watch. it was a good race going on sunday with one guy way ahead and everyone else in a good size pack behind. too bad for that miata crashing though which kinda screwed that race up. hopefully ill be at much more events this year since i dont have to spend money on building my car now. and ill be in 2 now and hopefully by the end of the year in 3. anyways it was great to see it all.

congrats to ITAintegraLS on him placing 1st in H4...too bad about the axle...that blew me away how you told me that is the same motor you have in its second season.

I hav a question to all those who ran this weekend. how was it on the banking? Did any of you wave to me and my lil bro sitting on the wall next to the bridge? Who wrecked that brought out the red flag on sunday?

Haha maybe next race Andy you can catch and beat the k20 powered EM coupe. Hope to see footage of it.

I had a great time learning my "local" track in HPDE3. Another event and I think I'll be ready for 4, then my license, then watch out HC! The bank was way cool, taking it flat out from the entrance to the main straight all the way to the braking point going into 3. I think I topped out at 130mph, taking the bank at 120. WHAT A RUSH!!! It was cool watching the SVT Cobras and CO5's blast by me on the straight, then I'd take them right back on the banking. Don't know if it was their car's handling or my nads, but it was awesome! Why did I wait so long in life to start doing this? (oh yeah, I couldn't afford it until now...) The only unfortunate things were the delays (a long one on Saturday while the ambulance took someone to the hospital for a concussion, I think he was OK, and the miata flip on Sunday) and the wind on Sunday, which dropped my laptimes by almost 5 seconds.

Hey HC guys, how badly did the wind affect you?

All in all, a very fun weekend on a very fun track.

Word’s cannot explain what type of a race it was. It was a battle between Varo and Tom. This was power vs. old skills. It was a side-by-side wheel-to-wheel battle for over 4 laps. Tom had a Miata problem and Varo had some wall of tier problem. Tom’s CRX was out powering Varo’s K20 civic but Varo’s car is setup almost perfect so it was a very close race.
