Default power gains?

I am new to this forum and the modifying of my gsr. my sig has my current mods... and i was wondering what mods would give good power gains.
1.under drive crank pulley(going to go big sound system so i don't want the whole kit and also read that 85 percent of gain is from the lightened crank pulley)
2.header (which would be best for optimal power gain)
3.intake manifold, cam gear, cam shaft, valve train upgrade(valves, springs, retainers, and bore, port and polish), and throttle body.
4.ignition(msd, crane or other brands)
5.stroker kit
6.test pipe to replace cat
that is all that comes to mind at this time... any and all suggestions would be appreciated. also any cheap and easy ways to gain without buying parts... etc fiddling with stock components?
many thanks for any replys.

1. I hear pulleys don't really help out. But I could be wrong
2. If you want the best header, I would say SMSP,TODA,or Hytech
3. IM and Valvetrain is up to you and what your goals are for the car. But if your asking, you could go with the ITR IM with some Skunk2 cams and valvetrain.(best bang for the buck.)
4. You don't need the MSD unless you are making some serious power.
5. I personally don't know anyone with a stroker kit. But some people on here have them and some like it and some say they are not reliable. I can't really give you too much info on that.
6. Testpipe, you should go with Dave from SMSP. A lot of people recommended him and I am waiting for my testpipe to come in the mail from him now.
