Default Shift lever question

I want to install a DC sports short throw adapter and billet ****. I want to shorten my factory shift lever but don't know a good way to go about it, any ideas? Or does DC sports or any other company make a shorter height (not throw) lever. I know that my facorty lever has screw threads for the factory ****, will this cause a problem if I were to cut the threads off to shorten the lever height? Thanks

pspectuning.com cuts the throw by a good amount and lowers the **** alot as well.......for $170 +shipping +u get a new boot and new **** <= black aluminum "Type R Style" if u wanna call it that......was definantly worth it.....those adapters are ****, and cutting the stock lever only lets u lower it so much, as theres a bend in the lever.......+ the stock lever takes less kindly to harder shifts

I did'nt see this topic arise yet, so thanks for all the info. I was formally known as "WASARIP" (I started this thread) but allays for the second time my member name was deleted and I had to come up with a third. Anyone know why this keeps happening? Moderators will not talk to me?

Check sig.

If anyone wants one, I'll give you a really good price for a preorder since it will be about 2 weeks from now before I get them back in stock.
