Default jdm H22a swap, final problems and issues to deal with

I just did a swaap for aeiperformance.com, an H22a into an EG hatch. I have a few peoblems still before the project can be finished
Mainly, i have no VTEC. I have full oil, and the engine runs great, it just feels like an H23, or something with no vtec. I made a vtec light, to see if i just didnt feel it, and the light never comes on.

Secondly I get ECU codes 41, 14, and 6. Coolant temp sensor, Idle Air Controller, and 02 sensor heater.

Thirdly, since no one near me has their 98-01 lude out for the winter, i only have one vacuum line hooked up, to the MAP sensor. Also under the intake manifold there is a black box with a vacuum line going to it, and the bung is broken off, causing the line to hang.

Fourth-my idle is very slightly bumpy right at 900rpm. it will bump to about 9100 ever second or so.

Fifth-Especially at low speeds, i have to accelerate, or the car bucks forward, and the enertia of the car drives the engine as if i had let off of the gas, and at cruising speeds If i back off the throttle a TINY bit i loose all power as if i had taken my foot all of the way off of the accelerator.

Finally- my throttle butterfly doesnt open all of the way, my civic's cable assembly doesnt seem to want to pull it far enough so that it will open all of the way, even when the pedal is all of the way down, i am not at WOT.

That's all of my "bad" problems, I do have som good problems, like lack of traction in 3rd, and no good local competition. Also i just cant get people to stop wanting rides, to help curb this i took out my rear seats, and a total of 123 pounds from the car's interior today.

Thanks for any information that will lead to the arrest or inditement of any of my problems.
