Well i had it, and well if you want a good purring exhaust note then get it, i would say it was similar to a apexi WS, or Mugen. The flaw of it was it looked funny with the tip dipping down, i was thinking about cutting the tip off, but i decided to sell it. I would say its good if you don't want a raspy exhaust note, and if your friends WRX is turbo, it would obviously sound meaner then a close to stock NA prelude.

Sorry dude I had pics of it on my 4th Gen, but I had to reboot computer because a contracted a virus from Kazaa, DAMN no more downloading illegal music, I guess thats what I get LOL. But yeah not sure if they have't it for the 5th gen, it should fit but the flange connecting to the CAT might needed to be modified, like what i'm doing now with a Mugen exhaust for a 5th Gen YAY!!

i am currently running the HKS sport exhaust. i think it sounds really good and is def. not as loud as an n1. I am changing it out however this week for 2 1/4" piping is killing my turbo setup. I would recommend this exhaust for non turbo. Selling mine if your interested......
