Allright, here's the story...I found a 93 Si, one owner with 74k...its black outside and in...MINT...and bone stock. I paid 4k for my 92 cx like 3 years ago (which was sort of a mistake, even back then). I think it's 4k since he mentioned buying a CX for that much. (??)

I say good deal if the interior/exterior is in great shape.

4.5 sounds pretty resonable...it is SUPER clean. I got a 93 teg im parting out...if I get this hatch, im thinkin of throwin my (pretty beat) fat fives on it and puttin the seats in it...although i know the one mount WONT line up lol...

I do think 4500 is a little high, but it all comes down to how long you are willing to wait. I got a clean 94 SI hatch for 3500 which was a great deal but it took nearly 10 months of fustation looking for it. There were many times when I was just gonna say f*** it and spend a little more and get it now, but it all depends on how bad you want it. I for one am glad I waited, but thats just me.. GL on your search..

Jesus--I couldn't find deals like that if my life depended on it!!! Some of those prices simply come down to pure luck.

I think 4 or 4.5 is about average. It's not a great deal, but Iv'e seen them sell for more. To idiot buyers, but it's been done. I think I got my 93 si for around that price. Or maybe it was around 3.5

yeah, i do know what you guys mean...its all about playing the waiting game, and with summer coming, im starting to see people do stupid things, like a guy in town just bought a '90 si prelude for 7,800...no...its not a typo. Amazing, cause it had a sunroof...he should just fill it with concrete IMO lol!!

I do appreciate the input though!

I say wait unless you can jew him or her down to $3500-$4000 tops. I picked up my 96 DX Hatch, 72,000 miles, great cond for $5580 2 years ago.

4500 wouldn't be bad considering theres no rust at all. Even with slight traces of rust your looking at a complete paint job...and thats after taking care of the rust.

So whats that gonna cost you? Another couple grand easy and thats probably not a top notch paint job.

Shoot a 4500 price at him and see what happens.

Good Luck!
