Default driver's door weatherstrip...I hear air on the freeway?

I'm just wondering if it's possible to replace the whole weatherstrip part on the inside-edge of the door (that black rubber stuff, that's weatherstrip right?)

Awhile back some part of it had a sort of tear in it, so that section wasn't really sticking to the door at all, it was just kinda hanging there. So I snipped some of it off. NOW when I go any faster than 65mph, it seems like I can hear the air flowing in or out through my door, like it doesn't seal completely. I might just be being paranoid, but I don't think so.

*cliffnotes* Anybody know if it's possible to replace the rubber lining at the edge of the door?

What if I ask a dealership to do it? ( )

Try running a dollar bill up and down your weatherstripping and check for leaks. If the bill can run smoothly with the door closed, then there may be a leak.
