Default F22 swap to a F22 V tec

I need to know on a 97 honda accord lx, If a swap of a F22 vtec will bolt right in and what things i will need to do to make it work. Will the computer work with it and the fuel management system, ect.

i think if youre just going from f22b2 to f22b1 swap the motors and ecu's... and wire everything up... but im probably forgetting about alot of stuff (btw a b2->b1 swap isnt worth it i dont think its only 15hp)

you would need the vtec ecu, and yes it is pointless, you should just put the vtec head on the lx block and get more power

that power difference is mainly because the EX accord has a better flowing exhuast system than the LX. you really won't get much of a gain. but heck, you can an accord motor for around $400-500.
