Hot Import Night Cool? Disgrace?

This was taken by a friend of mine who walked out of Hot Import Nights at LA and saw this piece of machinery. I don't know what kind of car it is. My friend only took one picture, so I wished I know what it was exactly. What do you guys think?

how can you not tell its a 96-97 integra?

the headlights gives you the hint that its an integra

plus the rimzors... unless he swapped rims

other then that... photoshopped
