, in Cali I think they measure your car's "height" from the center of the headlight. I think it has to be something like 22" ???

or the cops are lazy
or the cops are lazy
or they realize you have to be a really **** cop for giving someone a ticket for ride height when it's really not hurting anyone or causing any danger.
A lot of police tend to enforce the ideas behind laws rather than the laws themselves anyway. most won't give you a drunk in public unless you're causing trouble, etc.
edit: on the ride height thing. when someone's truck is raised high enough to run over a house, I think it should be considered dangerous and they should be ticketed

Ya it really depends on what cop is pulling you over. I got a ticket for being lowered (I'm only on H&R Sports for Jeezys' sake). I did have a Mugen style front lip (now removed) and was on my 17"s. Afterward I looked up the law that he apparently thought I broke and the law stated that the lowest point on the vehicle's body cannot be lower than the lowest part of the vehicle's rim/wheel. So basically he thought that my front lip was too low, which is was not. Long story short...I didn't change the lip or my ride height at all and got it signed off soon after. Some cops are just dicks
anyone know where i could check up on these laws.. cuz i wanna see what kind of laws are here where i live..
and any one know off the top of there head or heard of anything of that over here in ALBUQUERQUE NEW MEXICO?

sounds like you are pretty young, we were once there. As you get older you have real places to go and real thing that need to get done. you don't have time to get pulled over and kiss *** to a cop so he writes you one less ticket. Having a ticket saying your car is "too low" is nothing to brag about, if it is... you're in High School.
