There are 55.88 in/lbs per Kg/mm. So if your springs are 10 Kg/mm, they are 558.8 in/lbs.
Its basic metric to imperial conversion math. There's 25.4 mm in an inch, and 2.2 lbs in a Kilo, so 25.4 x 2.2 = 55.88
