i accidentally refunded someone twice..how the hell do i cancel the transaction..its still being cleared by the bank..thanks.!!

ummm.....i dont think paypal them selves let you REFUND them back twice if u used the refund button u should only be charged once cuz u only did one transaction to begin with so your ok
