why can't i log out?

why can't i log out?

hi sorry to post this here but i cant really post it anywhere else..this is my brothers name and forsome reason i cant log out of his name so i can log in under my own name..anyone know why?..what can i do to log this name out? is there a way to lock your name so it stays logged in?..if i could pm a moderator i would but my brother is a noob and his options suck..thats why i posted in the eg forum

Clear your cookies. Go to Tools --> Internet Options --> Delete Cookies.
