Going to itr springs is an inexpensive and worthwhile mod if you don't want much of a drop. You also need to replace your lca's to make the springs fit. You should be able to find them pretty inexpensively from the itr guys going to coilover suspensions.

NO.
replace LCA for ONLY changing to ITR shocks in the rear.
ITR springs can be swapped over with no LCA changes.

*note, ITR springs will only drop your gsr maybe a full inch, but more like 3/4"

owen is right. u dont need to change the rear lower control arms. i have the itr springs and ahocks setup. as wellas the itr rear sway bar. the springs and shocks are awesome and worthwhile. the only thing is u really need to get the matched shocks for the springs

arent stock shocks good enough for 1.5 drops or less?? with a 3/4 or 1 inch drop...i dont think it'll stress the stockers that bad...
and do you to get the itr shocks n springs setup by saying 'matched shocks'?

thanks..

you can do it , but it wont drop you noticably at all , maybe a little stiffer. but you prob eould need shocks to stiffen up mmore too. and the sway bars and **** if you want to handle like an r

the ITR shocks are valved a little differently and handle the higher rates of the ITR springs much better than OEM GSR/LS shocks.

the ITR shocks are probably a better mod than JUST the ITR springs.
now, both would be great, hey it IS, I know! and the setup can be had fairly cheap
