I am just wondering if I put CTR piston into b18c5 with reprogramed ECU and do toda Bs. How reliable will it be?? Say generally for street driving?

I know stock piston is pretty reliable but with CTR with 12+ compression, I wonder if I will run into any problem very fast.

 

id say almost as reliable as stock. IF tuned properly with all the right parts and a J&S Safeguard.

 

Can you elaborate more on the "right parts" ??

right parts as in toda valvetrain. With some Ti retainers and proper tuning.
