Default "DIY" JDM Bling header.

Hey guys, I just got a JDM 98+ header. It looked horrible so I did some cleaning.

Things needed:

Grease Lighting auto/shop remover(Degreaser)
Brillo Pad
Water
30 minutes.

Steps:

1. Spray Remover onto header and let sit for 5-10 minute.
2. Wet Brillo pad and gently with pressure start scrubing.
3. Wash it all off.
4. Apply step 1+2+3 again.
5. Wash again and your done.

End result (not finished in the pic but you get the point)

Bling bling

Closer look(who would have ever thought?)

The partner in crime and the motive...

And I'm done. I'll post pic when the entire thing is done.

it looks nice, but it will rust again. I did it to my header and after a week of driving it came back to the original rusty color. 98ctr

yeah what he said... maybe you could put some sealant or something on it, or just paint it w/ some high temp paint

now go buy some mothers mag polish while the header is off and polish it real good. Don't get finger oils on it before you start the car either, or they will burn and leave ugly marks.
