How to get out smoke smell from interior?
When I purchased my hatch a long while ago, the previous owner smoked in it. Is there something I can get that will be strong enough to take that smell out?

Leave your windows open as much as possible, and possibly some Febreeze all over the interior?
I've heard something about a can of coffee grinds and an apple, I'm not sure how that works.
I never understand why anyone would smoke with their windows up. I put them down about 2 inches, and leave them that way for a couple minutes after I'm done...been doing it for 3 years in my car and you can never smell smoke in there.

This is my normal routine if I pick up a used smoker car:
1) Pull out all the seats.
2) Vacuum every inch of carpetting and upholstery.
3) Spray carpet and upholstery cleaner in sections.
4) Scrub with bristle cap until foam disappears.
5) Vacuum again.
6) Simple green all exposed metal.
7) Armor-All Low Shine Clean every inch of vinyl and panelling.
8) Do the same for the headliner if vinyl.
9) Buy a nice air freshener.
10) Finish off with some Febreze.
Usually takes me about a day or two, taking my time of course.
It might be overkill, but it does take the smell away.
I have pictures if needed, but I think you get the idea!
