Rim bends?

Rim bends?
I just got some old tsw hocks...17's...as part of a 3 person trade...2 of the rims have a bend in the wheel part...where the tire goes...doesn't seem to major, does anyone know how much this would be to fix? If anyone is in the portland area and can do it i would be happy to pay
