what happens if i start my crx with brake booster hose disconnected?
well you will have one ******* large vacume leak. Unless you plug that vacume port. other than that it will run like it does with it hooked up. Albe it will barely functioning brakes.
Ahem...aside from VERY HARD to press brakes... the car will idle at like 2.5-3k rpm.
Don't ask how I now know this...lol

I am assuming the person doing this has the common sense to plug the vacume line. Or you end up idling at that high an RPM if it idles at all.
I mean the vacume line on the Intake manifold. You will have a f***ing massive vacume leak if you don't, thats a fairly large vacume port.

As I said... I'm not speculating here...it idles...I tried it to see what would happen...

thanks guys yeah it did idle a bit high, and still does with the brake booster connected, suggesting possibly i have another vacuum leak. I am working on a log manifold for my vacuum sourcing, instead of what i got at the moment which is rubber hoses superglued to plastic T pieces LOL
