Default Cam Gear Setting?

At what degree should I set my AEM cam gears with stock ITR cams and valve train?

Take it to a dyno...any get a Fuel pressure reg. while ur at it...and maybe a vtec controller...but all in all get on the rollers...try different settings like adv. the intake a couple of degrees, ret. the exh. cam a couple etc. and if you don't know what you are doing, get some one that does...no need to blow your motor from not reading your gears correctly, Eric

Try advance 2 on the intake cam and retard 1 on the exhaust.
Or
Try 0 on the intake cam and retard 2 on the exhaust.
Or
Try 3 on the intake cam and 0 on the exhaust.

Make sure you air fuel is not to lean or rich while testing.
