Finally got around to finishing these projects. I'm really happy with how they turned out. Take a look and tell me what you think. :D

My painted headlights got some Prelude city light sockets...





My doorpanel inserts and armrest go re-covered in a black fabric from the craft store:





And yes...I know I need to remove the nasty paint on the door handle surrounds

nice work...but i think you need to resize the pics...how did u tighten the fabric on the door panels???, a friend of mines has their fabric on the door panels kind of bubbling up a bit

 

looks pretty clean

 

I used 3M 55 Spray adhesive. Works great! Just spray it on lay the fabric over and start pulling and smoothing. It helps when you use fabric with a little stretchiness to it.

 

panels look good, im looking to do the same thing to mine, what kind of fabric did you use? and do you know what material the itr has?

Thanks for the positive comments everybody. Yes, I had to drill a hole in each light forthem to fit. There is an indentation already there that shows you wher and how big to drill, but then you also have to drill through the reflector, just big enough for a 194 bulb to peek through. I ended up doing mine a little too large.

Yes, I did paint the door handle surrounds...a long time ago, and now they're chipped to hell. I need to strip them and re-paint.

yea another good adhesive is Stinger's spray adhesive, it sprays like spidwer webs almost, we used it at our shop (CarToys, Annap., MD)

I like the doors! looks pretty nice and flows fairly well! what kind of material did you use?
