I'm looking for some decent 15" rims (preferably with tires of some kind). I don't have a ton of cash, so I'll consider Rotas, Konigs or anything anyone is willing to sell in that price range.

PLEASE no black Rota Slips (I HATE the way they look , but I'll consider the other colors for sure )
