Default Cams?

i was told if you adjust your cams or replace your cams you can get your power to react more quickly at lower rpms then at the higher. Is this true? also what kind of cams are good? Would I need cam gear or the cam pulley or whatever, cause i looked at this website for cams and i just see a sprocket. so that means there are cams and cam gears? whats the difference? and can you do one with out the other? for instance i just got cam gears or just cam shafts or whatever it is. And yes i have done searches.

Help me out thanks.

well, there's not much cam in the market for accord but there's some.

by swapping an aftermarket cam you get to use more of the powerband, there's NA and turbo cam, regrind, head work package.

cam gear is also a good investment if you putting in aftermarket cam.
