this bike has been sitting for several years and im getting no spark and no fuel. Ive torn it down to get access to the moduals,coilc and the lower fuel tank and noticed that no fuel will drain out of the tank and it is full,the dealer told me there was a vacume diaphram in the fuel system wich i cannot find in the manual or on the bike?????Thanks fof any suggestions......SBP
