HELLO ALL, im starting a ZC camshaft campaign.i talk to brian at crower an it will take .210 buyers @ $400.00 a pair for NEW CAMS they are NOT REGRINDS.

i agree, as much as i would like a set of aftermarket cams for the ZC waiting on 210 people is a long time. most of the time most people don't have 400.00 to give up like that. let alone hold on to it till 210 people sign up. i can get a few othere goodies with 400 in the mean time...

 

what you need to do is get a list of Crowers Distributors, call them and get them hooked on the ZC idea, tell them that you heard crower is designing a ZC cam and you've got 3 sets, or 5 sets you want to order right away, cash in hand. As soon as he gets 100 or so calls he might re-think his stance on the ZC.

Just get his distributors to bug him and he'll budge.

 

Don't give up on this idea my man. Crower is a good cam company and there are no good cams out there for the ZC. Post to every damn Honda board you can find! This needs to happen.

HKS,Webcam,and gude all make cams for the zc.

 

i said "good" cams. All of those cams are pretty mild grinds. At least for my taste

oh i see.
i thought you meant good as in good quality which hks cams are the best quality zc cams you can buy currently unless you can find some used spoon or mugen cams from japan[yeaaaaaah right].
webcam will make you a custom grind tho and gude will work an entire cyl head up with the cam profiles of your choice but ive heard both good and bad things about their work but they do have fairly good prices.
webcam and gude are regrinds tho but until and if crower makes cams these are the choices.

 

Well, I wont argue with you about the quality of HKS, but they no longer make them anymore and it is hard to find used ones (which dont want anyway and they are a mld cam. and you're rigt, the Spoon and Mugen and other Japanese manufacturer made cams are very hard to locate and import over here...and would be very expensive. I was going to settle for regrinds for m cams but that is not the best choice to go...so a brand new cam would be very desirable to me. and Crower IS a good company.
