Hey My rommate has a 03 Accord 4dr and he get in an accident last night and hit a tree and a sign while it was snowing it only hit the driverside and cracked the bumper and shattered the resonator I checked the air flow and it seems fine reset the ecu and it still wont rev over 4500 in nuetral..what could ti be???

Something's broken. A sensor, it can be anything. You need to read the ECU code and find out what it is...or take it in and have them fix whatever's throwing the code. If the part damaged can cause engine damage, the ECU put's it into this mode so you don't damage it until it's fixed.

hey man that is NORMAL. on my accord it wont rev over 5k in P or N. its a rev limiter for safety i think.as long as it rev over 4500 in D then it should be fine.

my car revs to 3500 rpms @WOT untill mph, duno why.
