Default blue smoke

Today, I noticed that if I idle for a couple of minutes and then press the gas that i get a puff of blue smoke. This is a LS motor and i want to know what the problem may be.

Yes your car is def. burning oil. It could also be piston blow by, valve stem seal problems, and much more... nothing huge at the moment but not good in the long run..
