91 civic 4 door radiator support assembly removal..I got hit head on and am im trying to figure out how to remove the spot weld to put another on on...should i drill them or use a air chisel? NEED SOME HELP!

there are special drill bits for removing spot welds... I cant suggest where to find them, because the one I have was given to me. But they do exist, so you may want to look into them...
