Default Engine Building Help!!! Ive searched EXP needed

Well I want to build a b16 and heres what i want to do:

sleeved block bored to 86 or 85mm
forged rods and pistons 12.0:1 or 12.5:1 cr
b17a crank
100 dry shot

With mentioned above I should have a b16 with 1891 of displacement and a r/s ratio of 1.68:1, My only problem is I'm undecided on what internals I should use. My goal is to have a 12 sec n/a car and 11's w/n20. Before you start screamin SEARCH I did, for about 3 hours I spent looking and searchin rods, pistons and sleeves in different combonations. I also searched stroked b16 and seen them stroked with ls rods which leaves you with a 1.58:1 r/s ratio which is what I'm tryin to get away from since my original plan was a lsvtec. And I to prove I searched heres what I found:

Sleeves- Rsmachines because of the many references and good replys to the quality of them. But benson, dart, and ge were also mentioned with good replys except ge which i read many threads about these sleeves sinking

Rods- Crower and Probe, but eagle were also mentioned with the statement that eagle rods stretch at high rpms and the rod bolts were to small. And the crower were labled as expensive.

Pistons- to many pros and cons of all to make a clear decision.

Building a motor is expensive so I want to do it right the first time. I know everyone has an opinion but I would prefer an experinced non biased opinion but all are appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
