Skunk2 cams grinded, whats the problem?

Friend of mine installed Skunk2 stage2 H22 cams with Skunk2 springs and ti retainers into his engine. After about 2000 miles the cams and rocker arms are grinded. Why did that happan?

PRobly didnt lube it up with minera oil or installation lube or the clearences could have been way off and nuts over-torqued
