FS: custom fiberglass sub enclosure (loaded) for 3G Integra
I'm thinking about selling my latest project. It's a custom fiberglass sub enclosure that perfectly fits the right rear corner of the 3rd generation Integra hatchback.
Since it was designed and built for a specific sub's characteristics and a specific amp's dimensions, it would be best to sell this as a whole unit.
It's finished in black vinyl, to match black the interior, but would look great in the other interior colors, as well. It allows for quick removal for trips to the track, as well.
sub: 10" Infinity Kappa Perfect 10
rms 350w
-this sub is amazing -- great range, plays very deep, and has great sound quality
amp: Precision Power PCX-280
bridged mono to 320w x 1
input sensiticitycan accept RCA inputs from an aftermarket deck, or speaker level inputs (with RCA connectors soldered on)
-I can't say enough good things about this amp -- love it!!
This setup has only been in my car for a couple of months, and I am extremely happy with it. I am only selling because I got an additional car that I plan to do audio with, leaving the Integra to strictly be the performer.
I bought the audio components brand new for ~$375 in Dec. The box materials cost ~$150+ , along with countless man-housrs for fabrication. At a shop, the box alone would run ~$500 (at least).
I'd like to get ~$500 for the entire thing.
I am in Houston. If you're local, I'd love to let you hear it, before you buy. This saves a ton on the shipping, too, as this setup is top-notch and not a feather-weight. If you let me know in advance, I'm willing to help install it, as well.
post or e-mail me with any questions.

Thanks for the compliment -- sounds as good as it looks.
Sunday afternoon bump
If no one is interested in the whole package, I'll consider separating:
$250+shipping for the box

anybody up for a listen? -- you won't be disappointed.
$250 for the box -- tight fit, no cutting/drilling necessary for installation; it stays put based on its shape (form-fitted to right rear corner of hatchback); helps with F/R weight distribution

I'm thinking about building these on the side and selling them.
Obviously, I'll do them for 3rd gen. Integras (this one's in my "95).
Are there any cars, in particular, that other people would be interested in seeing something like this for?
