how much whp can my setup produce once tuned?

bottom end:
2000 b18c5 overbore .020
81.5 mm
wiseco 11:8 pistons
eagle i-beam rods
arp rod bolts
balanced/micropolished ls crank
gsr oil pump
gsr water pump
gsr timing belt

head:
98 gsr head fully ported and polished by Portflow
rocket valvetrain
m24x cams
jg cam gears
oem valve seals
skunk 2 intake manifold
ported gsr throttle body port matched to skunk manifold

exhaust:
bisimoto header
2.5 test pipe
2.5 inch kteller mandrel bent piping with 22 inch resonator with es muffler

fuel:
310 cc injectors
255 lph walbro fuel pump
ericks racing fuel pressure regulator
marshall fuel pressure gauge

ecu:
chipped p28 5700 vtec with a 9500 rpm rev limit
hondata s200

transmission:
jdm gsr tranny with 4.7 final drive
hyperclutch 6 puck

im estimating at least 205 whp once tuned. what do you guys think? all inputs would be greatly appreciated.
