Yeah, it's 100% Kimi for McLaren in '05.
JPM is already running his mouth about how him and Ron Dennis will be at odds read this.
JPM is gonna end up like the next Eddie Irvine JV wash out; too much talk.
DC's looking at Williams and Toyota.

Indeed. And not only just talk but his whining is incessant. I now call him Joan Paula Montoya.

I 'm with you 100%. I can't believe these pansies, seriously. They get paid Millions to drive land bound jets, get oogled by the entire world and yet they have the gall to whine about anything, publicly! Unbelievable.
What really broke the camel's back for me was RS demanding more money, and JPM effectivly leaving b/c he was underpaid.
Ridiculous.
JPM is digging himself a deep hole, and it wouldn't suprise me if his car ends up a beta car for this season; we may even see him depart mid season.
I too hope DC gets a ride at Williams, and puts the wood to JPM. Hell, I'm hoping just about everyone puts the wood to both RS and JPM. Whiny windbags.

I think they will both go down hill after they move (JPM and RS). I Am excited for williams to take on a vetran DC, and a new talent! always exciting! I hear williams has had thier eye on the formula BMW winner in japan. Who knows, should be a fun next couple of years.

Not in reference to you particularly bb6h22a...
I don't understand people's attitudes toward professional athletes sometimes. Racing is just one of many, but baseball/basketball/football players get it too - ie, 'you get to play a game, you shouldn't be paid that much, etc.'
Why doesn't anyone ever complain about the owners? He has the money to pay these whiny brats - and their pit crews - and their cars - and their back up cars should they ball up the one they're using - and transport the team - and the equipment - etc. etc. Insert appropriate items for whichever sport.
In the scheme of things, I doubt the owners ever even feel the salary of the drivers or players.
Where's the, 'hey owner, your [athelete]'s career isn't gonna last 35 years, and he/she makes it happen, so just shut up and pay the guy'?
I'm sure the first month's sales of Clinton Portis's jersey will cover his signing bonus.
Sorry for the OTness

It's a matter of personality, I'd guess.
I know a couple people that are "pros." Some of them are whiny, bitchy brats. Others are humble, down-to-earth and appreciative. My "beef," I guess, is not the amount that someone is paid, it is their attitude and degree of appreciation for the gift that their life surely is. Regardless of the pressure, the hours of schmoozing the media, etc. At the end of the day these people do what they love, are generally loved by many people and get paid a truckloads of money to do it.
So, when they start to run their mouths about this, that, or the other one can't help but loathe them for their abject lack of tact -- especially when there are other professions that demand just as much dedication, without any of the glitz, glam or glory ( public school teachers, for example.)
You've got to admit, getting paid several million dollars / season is ridiculous money. The fact that these guys argue for more makes me deliriously sick, and this goes for baseball, basketball, etc.

Yep, JPM is a talented driver who's definitely going nowhere fast.........and everyone knows it!
I pray he doesn't bring that B.S to Mclaren and cause a controversy. It will do nothing but distract Kimi.
