Default i have questions about lightweight flywheel on SOHC turbo civic

hi, i have a 2000 ex d16y8 and i recently order a drag gen 3 turbo kit with t3/t4 turbo that should be here within the week. i also ordered a stage 3 dual friction clutch and hd pressure plate. (2600lbs) i am now looking for a flywheel. i saw a 6.5 lbs. fidanza light weight flywheel. i did searches and found nothing that can help me decide what to buy. maybe you guys can help me out. is this good and will it decrease my 1/4 times or make them worse cause i hear you lose torque. maybe this will take away some of my turbo lag? or is a heavier flywheel better(7-8lbs or even a resefaced stock flywheel) i am driving this car on the streets and will be boosting at 7 or 8 psi. most likely 8 psi. i really want a light wieght flywheel and i thoguth it makes ur 1/4 better but i listen to other people and now im all confused.

lighter the flywheel the faster you rev. id get a 12lb if your on the D since the redline is lower.

just my opinion on that.

I don't have any personal experience but I have heard a few people argue that a heavier flywheel is better for a turbo car. They said that it keeps better velocity in between shifts so the rpms drop less and its easier to spool once in the next gear.

Anyone car to shed some light on this "hear say"?
