took my car to the track ran i hard and missed 2rd, 3rd gear. now when i shift in 3rd gear and 5th gear at high RPM gear is kidda grind(only high RPM) can some one tell me what's wrong and what i can do to fix it. One more thing i have not change tranny fluid for a long time , u guys think this could be the problem THANKS

 

you ground the face of the gears of, now they will grind forever I have done it to on older trannies of mine.. Be easy on these H22/H23 trannies, they don't like abuse, i learned this the hard way...

Change the fluid often! This will help with the gridining, use Honda MTF..

 

Man so there is nothing i can do to solve this problem, what about rebuil my tranny, money

Honda318 is 100% correct. That grind won't go away more than likely. No, it isn't your clutch.

 

they are not going away even with a tranny rebuil?? and is it bad if i dont get it fix and just keep driving hard, is it gonna mess up my tranny

what you did WAS mess up your tranny. A tranny rebuild with different gears and synchros will fix all that ails you.

Keep driving it though, try not to ge too rough on her.
