if i was going to get them painted then why would i go threw the trouble to get them done in cf?

proably for the same reason you have a cf hood. Because you think fabric is an attractive exterior feature. I always though carbon fiber was for weight reduction.

good job! I'd leave it in a CF finish. Black is the only color I don't mind seeing a bunch of CF on. Contrasts much nicer than other colors with CF.

I think it contrasts too little with black, dont get me wrong, it can still look good, but I think it would look better on Silverstone or Monte Carlo.

Prob for the same reason you jumped on the flame people for cf bandwagon.
If he likes it, thats all that matters.

whatever you say captain. I wouldnt consider putting carbon fiber on my car, unless there was weight reduction involved. I have a painted cf hood on my car, and I love it.
To each his own, if you like the way it looks, more power to you. Who am I to stop you?

Because only ricers think CF is that cool to show off on every possible body part ...
CF hood= yeah .,.,...i my self would probably run it unpainted ....cause im cheap ....and would rather spend the money it takes to paint on something worth while ....like brakes ,...or suspension .....
but all this CF skirts ....trunks ....
....is just to show off a bunch of CF bandwagon trends ...

You think it's worthwhile to go through the trouble of painting your brakes and suspension?

Opps ...i didnt mean it like that ......
With the money it would take to paint a CF hood, i would rather use those funds on parts for brakes, or suspension .....
