91 4door throwing code 43???

My bro's 91' 4door Integra is throwing off a code 43 which says in the book that it could be injectors, timing, or O2 sensor. I was wondering if this is a basic sign to change the O2?

more than likely it is just the o2

check the ground wire on the thermo. housing. i had a cel 43 for about 2 months. tried everything, and come to find it was just a loose wire.
