Hey everyone, I just joined and I thought I'd say hi (not sure if it's a waste to create a thread about it, if so a mod can delete it). Nonetheless, I've been accordtuner for some time but I have been reading honda-tech for a while now and I like the general attitude of the forum. Anyways, I have a 1995 Accord EX 4Dr 5spd. I'm not gonna put up pics yet cause right now it's nasty. Waiting to go in this spring: DIY Blackhousings, revert to amber bumpers, type-R style grille, hopefully a mugen lip, and a suspension set up. I also plan to paint my stock sides and rear. Sorry to write a book...like I said, delete this thread if it is innapropriate.

You will find lots and lots of useful information on pretty much everything Accord.
The best tip I can give you is to use the "search" function and then if you don't find your answer, make a new thread to get some advice or feedback.

What kind of suspension work you thinking of doing?

 

yeah I just read drews (?) thread on using the search button...trust me, I hate reposts as much as everyone else. As far as suspension goes...I seem to have made a mistake. Being uninformed at the time of purchase (about 2 months ago) and bought tenzo r coil over sleeves. I know tenzo isn't the best brand, but they were cheap and I wasn't thinking clearly at the time. I'm hoping to make it work with some koni reds or kyb agx's (I can't afford yellows and I haven't heard good things about tokicos). I'm getting an ingalls camber kit for the front, and I'm only dropping about 1.75 inches so rear camber shouldn't be a problem. I hope to autocross the car at some point, so I'm worried about the tenzos. Anyways, that's where I'm at right now.
