Someone over the internet trying to diagnos a sound that he can't hear is quite difficult... Have you looked around? Have you asked a buddy to sit in the back and try to identify at least from which side it is coming from?

I'll give it a shot:

1. bad wheel bearing ????
2. Overzealous fuel pump ???
3. Body panel flickering in the wind????
4. Bad tire???

How old is your car? Any rust? Any damage from an accident?

judging by the noise id say its either choice number 2 or 3 - - BUT, my gas tank is located more in the mddle of the car with the place where you put gas in is on the left side of my car and the noise is on the right. the car is a 94...a little bit of rust on the rear left wheel well... and some LEFT side body damage - - VERY MINOR from where it was backed into

Bring it to a garage and have then turn your rotor... Meaning machine it.. Recut the surface. Should be about 10 bucks per rotor.
