Its not so much bubble wrap but a foamy material, but yes. I fixed it up a little bit but it still moves a little as u can tell. Oh well thats what i get for having an integra cluster jammed in a civic!

Ya its not faded at all....just the extreme lighting, bad time to take pics when the sun is going down....

I'm calling bullshit on that EG cluster. Check out this scan from the EG/EK Hyper Rev, the far right side... The Spoon logo is on the bottom not the top.
