I sold my Sol to the devil

Just lastnight i dropped off my 90 si to its new owner and picked up a 97 del sol, v-tec. I suppose i will eventually get around to buying another CrX but for now this will have to do. This was my 4th crX so i need some change. Its a sick ride tho.. i guess i will join the del sol guys in the other forum haha kill me later

welcome to the crew, I've had a crx, and I have an EF now, but I really like my sol the best, may not be the fastest car I've owned but it's a lotta fun!

how many of u know anything about the sol?
sure it might weigh more, and look better and have a targa
but the big thing u guys are missing is that the particular year and model he has (97 VTEC) is one of the rarest cars ever sold by honda in the states
keep that sol and keep it in great shape one day itll be worth a bunch of cash

Half of you dont even know what you talking about. the del sol arent much heavier then a coupe. with a litte weight reduction it will be lighter. The del sol is a awesome car. **** everyone has a fin hatch. BE DIFFERENT!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the targa top rules in the summer, what does the crx/civic have, let me think!!!!! a sunroof only

Man the Del Slo's are nice cars! I have been trying to talk my lady into getting one for like 2 years now. A buddy of mine at school has a Del Sol Vtec (I asume you mean the one that came stock w/b16) with a pieced together turbo kit running only 6psi with Hondata and it dynoed 205HP at the wheels! Very impressive. He just finished building a b18b with Eagle rods and SRP pistons for it and I can't wait to see what it puts out when he ups the boost!
