why do I have 98% next my name

Is it just me or does anyone else have less than 100% next to there name. I just want to know what I did to get 98% this is not right!!!

I here ya thats gay nothing to worry about though/ just saw your ls vtech post... think it was worth it or should i go supercharger or drag turbo kit
