Not a lot ITRs with juice here dude. All Motor the way to go! JUICE=
1/4 times depend on a lot of things. should be more specific in asking your question?

Calm down dude, all that I'm sayin is that building an AM car is fun and requires some real work. Not just hooking up some $600 kit and spraying for some HP. Nothing wrong with spraying, but for the ITR all that i'm saying is that AM is the way to be. AND YES THATS MY OPINION. like it or not

 

Last time I checked a stock ITR didn't come with no juice....

I ran a 14.6 bone F'n stock. With no ghey azz nitrous either...

(well I did unbolt the header, but that just made it alot LOUDER)

This whole board has that aura that you are accusing me of having. I'm not negative, I just speak whats on my mind. Some people can't handle it...

The original poster asked for some times on the juice and someone answers and wastes everyone's time by saying something that had nothing to do with anything. Waste of a post...

I ran a 13.82 at Moroso here in South Florida with a 50 shot in a partially gutted R. I have since sold my nitrous kit to fund an ITB project.

 

If you actually own a type R, why the hell did you buy one to run one in the 1/4 anyway. Few people here dont really give a **** about drag times, as that is completely the opposite to what the car was designed for. Lets see all those road racers beating other guys with their sweet NOS kits y0. ****** 18 year olds.

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=728885 - this is one impressive nitrous setup, on stock exhaust. nitrous is cheap if you can manage not to run it often, otherwise you'll end up spending enough money to have a turbo kit.

 

not sure if this aplies but i have 1988 honda civic hatch with 98 type R motor 75 shot NX kit, dc header, intake ran 12.94 104.8 slicks. at 5500 feet .

An ITR is a great drag car.
1. light weght
2. great gearing
3. LSD
4. strong body

and a host of other things. I dont drag race much but saying that its not a drag car might not be totally acurate. Yes, it was built for Road Racing but it also drag races pretty decent...
