i need to know what needs to be done to install a b series fuel pump into a 88 crx si it doesnt have any wires on the fuel pump itself is it plug and play i know that you have to drop the tank and every thing like that i am wondering about wireing thanks

Replaciong the fuel pump is not the simplest or funnest job in the world on a CRX. The big problem? Honda did not decide to make it easy by installing an access plate until 1992. So you have to drop the tank to get at the pump. Then, you just remove the bracket and replace the pump with a higher flow unit. The difficulty of this varies with the pump you use.

 

Your probably better off looking for instrucions in a Haynes or Helms manual. You can get them at your local auto parts store. Be sure to read the safety stuff on fuel pump remoing and installation in the manuals.
