I went to look at a few pics and got this:

"Your ImageStation account has been deactivated. This is most typically because there is unacceptable content in your account or you have created links on other websites that directly connect to files stored in your account. Because of your failure to maintain your account according to the membership agreement we have deactivated your account."

make multiple accounts .. thats what i did cus my friend wanted to use my account and then hosted liek 100 freaking huge as pics

It's in it's early stages, but it works. You better take advantage of it now because there will be a time where I can't afford bandwidth and I'll limit it to only friends/moderators

 

How do we upload pics to our skafia accounts after registering?

 

Yeah WTDR lost the drive on its cache server so its been a dog lately, but like everything, it has to get worse before it gets better

28 gig transfered in 24 hours and that is with some major down time thanks to a nice warez hacker we had last week (we're still feeling some effects )

That sucks. The only reason I even have a fuggin Imagestation account is to post photos on other Web sites. Why the hell else would I want one?

WTDR doesn't work for most of the boards I post on, and besides, I'd feel a tad guilty about using someone's semi-personal Web site that was probably created for friends.

You think its slow now, **** if i opened it up to all sites it would be out of control. But don't fear, use it as you please, it was created for friends, but turned into more. If i didn't want people to use it, i wouldn't have let people sign up.

Hyperpic.com is coming along and should be up and running shortly. Hyperpic is the pay side of WTDR which will allow posting of image to any site and will be running on its own dedicated server. It will also cross over from WTDR, so all your WTDR image will show up on hyperpic. Watch for it in the coming weeks

I'll post a notice on WTDR when you login letting people know its up and running. There might also be a free few months to the first few users to help us test the system.

If you could find a way to allow the images to be cached instead of redownloaded each time your usage would drop dramatically... especially on messageboards, where people visit the same threads multiple times.

Either click "New Thread" or reply to an existing thread, then click the "Attach Image" link... don't actually post the thread though, it'll upload, but you just cancel out. Then you can check your pictures on the "My Pix" page in the index.

I'll make it easier as I get more time... but it works for now...
