Default why is my b18c1 running rich??

a few months ago i put a b18c in my 89 crx, the car had a b16a, im using a pr3 ecu with the injectors from the b16, the stock crx si map sensor, 4 wire o2 sensor wired in, b16 distributor, at an idle in the cold my car is sluggish to rev and i shoot black smoke with the occasional flame, the car doesnt really seem its as fast as it should be, and another strange thing, i can be driving and the ignition will cut off (i can hear the main relay click off) ive checked all my grounds, im lost on idea on what the problem could be...

I believe it has something to do with the GSR motor having dual runners on the intake manifold...I'd replace it with any aftermarket intake manifold or try running a gsr ecu, but may have to convert to obd1...
