nothing
just take them to a machine shop and have them put them in
its a great mod
about 11.3 CR
probably good for at least 10WHP

you will need

head gasket
head studs
rings
pistons
bearings (ALL)
bore/hone

you will also need a lot of other gaskets, new cotter pins, and various nuts and bolts if you really want to do it right, in addition to new fluids.

it is not worth it for 10whp. If you are going to take the block apart, only do so if you already have a VERY aggressive cam profile OR will be boosting or nawzing. Otherwise keep building up other areas. If you are so budgeted you can only afford b16 pistons, alone, you do not want to risk taking it all apart and having the rings not seat.

the only reason i want to put b16 pistons is because my car uses up oil due to my rings and since im going to open the block just to replace rings i thought might as well put b16 pistons in there to give it a little more power i dont want to have a built gs-r that i have to go around filling up every 2 days i just want it to get me from point a to point b reliably fast....

If you're going to rebuild it anyway, then you might as well, but I agree with the aforementioned opinion that doing it only for the power gain isn't really worth it in a street car.

I think you should do it, since you're rebuilding anyways. And then it just gives you a reason get aggressive cams later on

Be careful when tuning with compression over 11.0, you may have some knock issues to sort out.

yeah with b16 pistons he would yield a higher compresion ratio. I say go for it it
