I have spoke with the owner of this shop and he does indeed say that they are 100% available.

I even had his distributor in Germany contact Borbet to confirm.

Ripoff? That was then, this is now. Please tell me about any other 14x7 alloy wheel that is available NOW for less than $170/shipped.

Well I will just hold up one more month till OPM gets those Rims made for 125+ shipping and they are 3-4 lbs lighter than BOrbet TypeT. Which i have 2 sets of.
They are NICE rims i have no complaints.

But I would love to get the 14x8 Type T's only if i could run them in my class,

I still can't get over that site. No less than 3 14x7 wheels available. And did you see the tire sizes they sell?

185/50-14
195-45-14
225-40-14
255-35-14

Now if only we could get R-compounds in THOSE sizes!

seriously, panasports are $170 new, maybe just a bit more, but certainly not a welcome comeback at this price.

Not to mention, in the 15X7 category on that site, they have ATS competition wheels for about $117 more each than Discount tire.

Nice to see the 14X7's back, but I would call them direct and try to beat them up on the price before I would commit to a purchase. Besides, I like the Team Dynamics wheels that are coming better than the Type T's.

Thanks for the update though!

I love the way those Schmidt TH-Line 3-pieces look, but the offsets are all wrong, seems like most of those wheels are not offset for hondas.

Yup. Actually the 25mm offset wheels are perfect for my MR2. That's what I'm currently using with 225/50 Toyos.
